Please NOTE that ALL reservations MUST be secured with a $500 security deposit, mailed to me in care of my address noted below. The $500 Security Deposit will be deposited in a Trust Account with SunTrust Bank in Raleigh, NC. A lease is required for ALL confirmed reservations and will be sent to you after the Security Deposit is received.
