"Bella Vista" is the perfect name for this lake house. The views are breath taking of the main channel and large coves. Get away from everything in the gazebo that sits on its own peninsula. It’ll feel as if you’re sitting right in the water while you swing and let all the cares of the world drift away. 
 
Inside the house it’s all about quality and comfort. You’ll be right at home and want to come back year after year. There’s also a handicap ramp for those that require assistance. 
 
Too large for your group?? Need something smaller? We have many houses & cottages with 2 to 5 bedrooms to choose from; check out our web site often and pick the one that fits your needs. Many of our rentals are 'pet friendly' if you need to bring that special companion when you travel. There are a number of "boat rental companies" listed on our web site so you can enjoy your time on the water.

    Total charge for a reservation includes: sales tax, processing & cleaning fees, and damage deposit. In compliance with The Vacation Rental Act of NC, damage deposits are refunded within 45 days after departure. 50% of total charge is due with reservation; personal checks, money orders, certified checks, VISA, or MASTERCARD. All balances due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival date, we will refund you the balance less a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your arrival date, any money paid will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for the same time period. If property is re-rented, we will refund any money paid less a $100 fee.
