This exceptional Lake Norman Vacation Home is a Ranch/Basement Style of approx 3,000 sq ft, has 3 beautiful bedrooms plus a sitting room which we have set up as a 4th Bedroom and includes a Daybed and Trundle Bed. We did not skimp when it came to any of the furnishings in the home, particluarly the Bedding, and all our guests agree that we have the most comfortable beds.  
 
All our furniture is fresh and new and our home is exquisitely decorated and extremely comfortable. For your enjoyment while vacationing with us we provide AT&T's DSL Extreme Wireless Internet Access, 2 27" Flat Screen TV's with Dish Network, DVD player and CD Player/Stereo. And the Chef in the family will feel right at home in the Kitchen with Double Oven, Gas Cooktop in the Island, Corian countertops with lots of prep area and all the quality cooking tools they'll need to work their magic! 
 
Our Beautiful Lake Norman Vacation Home is located just off I-77's Exit 28 in Cornelius, the closest to Charlotte, NC.(approx 15 miles North) Cornelius' Cosmopolitan atmosphere lends itself to an abundance of wonderful restaurants, by land and water, a wide variety of Nightlife Venues and lots of family entertainment. Or of you're interested in a day of shopping, you can choose Birkdale Village, Northlake Mall or Concord Mills Mall, all just minutes away. 
 
Although the home is in a location convenient to everything, it is situated in a very quiet, picturesque neighborhood, so you still have that tranquil atmosphere you're looking for in a relaxing Vacation at Lake Norman! Absolutely the BEST of both worlds! 
We have a private pier and boatslip it you wish to rent a boat or bring yours along.

    		  Low Season Price: $1,500 per Week
      High Season Price: $3,000 per Week
         

    May thru August -$3,000 weekly-Sat to Sat preferred April, Sept. and Oct. -$2,500 weekly March, Nov. and Dec. - $2,000 weekly Jan. Feb. - $1,500 weekly Nightly rates start at $300 depending on the season with 2 night min. $200 Exit Cleaning Fee and $300 Security Deposit $100 non-refundable pet fee per Dog (no cats) $500 addl. Holidays and Race Weeks 50% of rental amount required at booking to secure reservation. Rent balance, security dep., cleaning fee and pet fee (if applicable) due 14 days prior to arrival. Payment by checks only. Except during Summer months may consider a reduced rental amount for small group using 3 or less beds.
