You Deserve it! Absolutely the BEST location on Lake Norman for Convenience and FUN and the only waterfront vacation house in Cornelius with its own private POOL! This exceptional Lake Norman Vacation Home is a Ranch/Basement Style of approx 3,000 sq ft, has 3 beautiful bedrooms plus a sitting room which we have set up as a 4th Bedroom and includes a Daybed and Trundle Bed. We did not skimp when it came to any of the furnishings in the home, particluarly the Bedding, and all our guests agree that we have the most comfortable beds. And for overflow sleeping we provide 4 twin aero beds complete with linens, pillows and comforters.
All our furniture is fresh and new and our home is exquisitely decorated and extremely comfortable. For your enjoyment while vacationing with us we provide AT&T's DSL Extreme Wireless Internet Access, 2 27" Flat Screen TV's with Dish Network and HBO, DVD player and CD Player/Stereo. And the Chef in the family will feel right at home in the Kitchen with Double Oven, Gas Cooktop in the Island, Corian countertops with lots of prep area and all the quality cooking tools they'll need to work their magic!
Our Beautiful Lake Norman Vacation Home is located just off I-77's Exit 28 in Cornelius, the closest to Charlotte, NC.(approx 15 miles North) Cornelius' Cosmopolitan atmosphere lends itself to an abundance of wonderful restaurants, by land and water, a wide variety of Nightlife Venues and lots of family entertainment. Or of you're interested in a day of shopping, you can choose Birkdale Village, Northlake Mall or Concord Mills Mall, all just minutes away.
Although the home is in a location convenient to everything, it is situated in a very quiet, picturesque neighborhood, so you still have that tranquil atmosphere you're looking for in a relaxing Vacation at Lake Norman! Absolutely the BEST of both worlds!
We have a private pier and boatslip it you wish to rent a boat or bring yours along. Our neighborhood has its own lake access lot where you can launch your vessel at no cost. AND NEW THIS YEAR as a convenience for our guests, we have made arrangements with a local boat rental company to DELIVER boats and jet skis directly to our dock for your
