The condo rental includes a private, gated boat slip for your convenience, parking for up to 2 of your vehicles, and an elevator to assist you with your luggage when you stay on the 3rd floor!

Do you need HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS? Simply bring your laptop and connect to the internet using our complementary Wi-Fi! There is NOT an extra charge for surfing the Net!

To accommodate your palette for food, fun and a good time you can walk the 75 yards to Midtown Sundries Restaurant and Bar - located dockside with their own marina!
