Directly on Quiet Beach. Spectacular unobstructed views inside & out. Furnished decks and large shaded & SCREENED PORCH, otside shower. (a rarity. Step directly onto clean white sandy beach with only private homes stretching along the ocean for miles. NO public access. Beach is known for its exceptionally clean warm water with mild /moderate waves, sandy bottom and clean white sand.  
 
The cottage has a great deal of seating, with comfortable furniture/ good beds. It is decorated in a cheery Bahamas Island style. Home is well kept, CLEAN and a SMOKE & PET FREE- non allergenic home. During SUMMER this oceanfront cottage provides 5 bedrooms, sleeps 10 adults (plus bunk bed for 2 more-children). (summer rental includes the attached private guest apt.on lower level which sleeps 4-5. It has its own living room/tv/kitchen/2 bdrms & bath).  
 
*** NOTE :Off season the main 3 bedroom home can be rented without guest apt. which would be kept closed and unoccupied. This is an extremely affordable option for couples, small families/groups!

"YOU WON'T BE SORRY YOU BOOKED THIS PLACE! Our experience in this home rental was excellent! The home is well cared for & owners were so easy to deal with that they felt like family. They told me what to pack, ideas of things to do, places to eat, and perfect directions. At the house there were packets with menus (personal notes as to what is good to order, and points of interest. We will definitely return for future visits. The screened porch was a blessing we ate our meals out there & played games, & felt outdoors and near to the ocean. We took our other meals on the picnic table with umbrella on the open deck. we had the beach to ourselves 95% of the time. There were so many shells that we were able to be super picky, Evenings were great because even though it was dark and you couldn't see the ocean, you could hear it. You won't be disappointed with this home. Have fun,  
 
A Beach Escape was even more wonderful than I imagined. Last week proved to be the most enjoyable vacation I have ever been blessed to experience./ Your place is not only comfortable, convenient, and pretty, but has a warm, 'at home' atmosphere that made every moment special. Of course, my favorite 'room' was the big back porch.  
 
Our granddaughters could play at the shore, and we adults could keep our eyes on them in comfort and with peace of mind. It was absolutely grand! We also enjoyed cooking our meals with the great ocean view. I thanked the Lord every day for allowing us to be there! 
 
The house was beautiful, and so was the town. Kids cried when we left which was sad but let us know how much fun they really had. Every thing you sent us was right on the money. Again, thanks for everything, and hope to come back real soon. 
 
Thanks for a quiet, relaxing vacation home, Topsail Island is the place to be! The private beach experience was awesome. Your windows are amazing!!!!! We saw dolphins several mornings --quite the treat, too! Having a place right on the beach was a life saver with a 2,4 and 6 year old that never tired of the water and sand. Great time was had by all from the youngest to the oldest...Thanks for being so accommodating too. 
 
We love your Beach Escape!! Being ocean front with its own private deck & beach access makes it so easy to 'hang out,' and not worry about our 'stuff' being bothered. You are the most pleasant 'hosts' I've ever dealt with. You both make us feel so comfortable and at home. I could do a live commercial for your wonderful 'get away.' My family has been going to Topsail for many years and we were so glad to have recently found this hidden treasure. Thank you John and Mary Ann for your great place, it is truly a treasure.

Six great GOLF courses, low prices compared to big cities. Terrific FISHING & WATER SPORTS, charters/rentals. Fall fishing is exceptional for surf, bays & piers. Island is known for the many fossil sharks' teeth and other fossils that wash ashore. Sea Turtle Hospital CARES FOR ENDANGERED SEA TURTLES. Open to public. Missiles & More museum, home of space & missile program before it was moved to Cape Canaveral. comments "The Beach Escape" was the answer to everything I wanted. what fun we had!!! Lots of room, well equipped --you thought of everything! The huge glass window was perfect for my 92 year old mother to view the ocean. Plus the screened porch was great for morning coffee and watching the sun come up or go down. I have caught some very big fish in the surf and have loved every minute that I get to "escape" at Topsail Beach--For us there is not better place. I"ll be there every chance I get)

Wanted to tell you what a great time we had at the beach!!!---Granny had a great time--when she couldn't be on the screened porch she would sit and look out the windows. The fishing was really good--we caught a lot, but only kept a few flounders and pompano to eat. I caught a HUGE black drum right in the shallow water of the surf!! It's the biggest fish I've ever caught and from what the "fishermen" said on the beach its the biggest black drum caught in the surf out there. 
 
'Thank you so much for the opportunity to have a vacation of a lifetime. Your place is wonderful. Everything and more than you said. The dolphins were wonderful to watch and saw them daily. We had perfect weather and being able to spend it so close to the beach was beyond our wildest dream. We will be talking about this one for a long time.
