Wow!! We were elated all week before we got there!! But once we actually got to the beach house.. Wow we were sooo excited to be there.. Jon was standing there waiting for us and he was so nice!! Matt was awesome!! He answered every call and was very friendly!! One more Saturday night was enjoyable for our whole family!! We will definitely return soon!! Thank you Matt!!just make sure you bring insect spray because there were a few spiders.. But you can't complain about that because they can be anywhere!! It was a great home away from home.. It looks better in person.. I give it two thumbs up!!!

As with our last visit. First morning breakfast at the NY deli. A quick trip to get some groceries and the rest of the week relax and enjoy the time with our grand kids. Matt is always a pleasure to work with and goes out of his way to make sure everything is right. The house is in a great location right by the beach and stocked with all you need. We will definately return.

2012 2 week Beach Vacation

This house was the perfect location for families. On a quiet dead end street. Across from the beach but great access to beach. Was not crowded on beach. House was set up great. Enclosed outdoor shower to wash sand off before entering home. 3 bedrooms downstairs for privacy, upstairs very open kitchen and den to move around. Loved the huge dining table. Great outdoor furniture on the deck. Hammock was very relaxing to lie in and hear the ocean. We noticed most other houses did not have deck furniture or if they did it was plastic. Kitchen was fully stocked and useful since we cooked often. We caught fish from deep sea fishing and was able to bake and fry with no problems. My family enjoyed wifi to look up things to do each day. Overall it was the best 2 week relaxing family vacation we have taken in a long time! The pictures on the Internet were exactly like the actual home. When we arrived we were greeted and shown the house . It was very clean and neat. A storm did come through one day and knocked out power and the modem to Internet went out. The owner had it replaced the next day. Plenty of great resturants to eat.everyine we ate I'm had what we wanted. Plenty of activities around the area. We went kayaking, sightseeing, deep sea fishing and hung out at the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a relaxing beach vacation at Surf City.

We recently had a fantastic stay at this property. Two families, 5 kids total, were very comfortable in this home. The home had very nice amenities (AC, TV/Cable, W/D, Internet), a great kitchen and two porches. Rental home is about 100 yards from a kid-friendly beach on a dead-end street. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the owner was very proactive and helpful setting up the rental. Home was clean, neighborhood was quiet and we had some great meals in town. We will rent again!

The house met the needs of myself, husband and grown children. The beds were comfortable and the three bathooms were a dream....especially the master with the jacuzzi tub. The weather was changeable because of T.S. Ernesto, but we managed to get to the beach and in the ocean 6 out of 7 days and I have a great tan to prove it. The island has a very interesting Sea Turtle Rehab Hospital where volunteers care for the turtles injured by boats. There are many great eating establishments such as Daddys Mac's where we ate on the deck overlooking the beach and ocean. There is a place we had ices where we sat outside and played checkers. Walking along the beach at nite as a family or pkaying frisbee during the day made for special memories at One More Saturday Night!!! Thank you Matt for being a great host from beginning to end.

We had a really great time at the beach house. This was the first time that we had stayed on Topsail Island, and we really enjoyed it. We loved how close we were to the beach and the way that we could sit out on the decks and see and hear the ocean. My husband really enjoyed the fish market and went up there several times to get fresh shrimp and fish (behind the Crab Pot). The house was great - clean and simple to keep clean. We appreciate the way the landlord worked with us so that we could attend our friends daughter's wedding. We would recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

While planning our trip Matt,the owner, was so easy to work with and very prompt with answers to all my questions. When we arrived Jeaneal, our contact was always available and ready to help! We really enjoyed his beach house! It was very well maintained and very clean! It is an easy walk to the beach. It was especially nice to not have to bring our own linens (we've had to do this at other houses we've rented). If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, family beach vacation I'd recommend this house.

We had a wonderful time at One More Saturday Night - this was the first time our family went away for Thanksgiving - and we are ready to start a new tradition - the house was great - everything that we needed - even when cooking a full thanksgiving dinner - plenty of room and a quick access to the beach- I would highly recommend this house and we will certainly be back.
