Built in 2005, Brisa de Mar is a newer luxury oceanfront property featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with elevator access to all three levels of the house.

The top floor includes the master suite, complete with shower, whirlpool tub, double vanities, walk-in closet, queen size bed as well as a work area with computer, fax, printer, WiFi, free long-distance calling to continental US, flat screen TV, DVD player and phone. The living room and kitchen are also on the third floor, providing stunning views of the ocean from both rooms.The living room amenities include a 42" plasma TV with DVD player, VCR, Playstation 2, stereo, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The fully-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, and is attached to a laundry room that includes a powder room. A large deck off this floor has stairs leading down to the second floor deck and to the beach.

The second floor has four bedrooms and two baths. Two of the bedrooms open up to a deck with stairs leading right down to the beach. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and phones. The two oceanfront bedrooms have queen beds and ottomans that pull out to sleep an additional person. Another bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk on top and a twin trundle below. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The hallway has an elevator entrance and a door leading out to the deck and the beach beyond.

The first floor includes an enclosed entryway with elevator access. There are four parking spots (2 covered).
