Yes, you can have it all! . . . a quiet, pristine beach bordered by a 2000-acre nature preserve; gorgeous golf course scenery and spectacular golfing; easy access to fabulous restaurants; theater attractions and night life for both adults and kids; and an endless list of fun things to do.

This 1200 square foot condo is at incomparable Sea Trail Plantation, the only resort in the area that's less than five minutes to the beach. The condo is on the first floor and has a main villa (bedroom, bath, living room, and kitchen fully stocked with spices and cookware)and a minisuite with a bedroom and separate sitting room with microwave and fridge. Books and movies are available for your reading and viewing pleasure, and there's a restaurant guide with menus from numerous local restaurants (the area has restaurants featuring the following cuisine: Thai, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and Australian and more).

Linens, departure cleaning, unlimited local calls, utilities, and dialup are included in our rates. High speed secure wireless DSL internet access and 4 beach chairs are available for nominal charges. Pool access is available at the resort's nominal published rate.

Nearby attractions/activities include: Golf, tennis, horseback riding, bicycling, water sports and beach activities, amusement parks, shopping, museums, wineries, live theatre, riverboat casinos, and endless options for interesting day trips to area attractions. For a little history and culture with your vacation, visit historic Wilmington, NC, home of the Battleship North Carolina; the colonial ruins of Brunswick Town; and the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Wander through the Museum of Coastal Carolina and nearby Maritime Museum in Ocean Isle Beach, tour the gardens of nearby Orton Plantation and Brookgreen Gardens, gaze at the stars in Sunset Beach's Ingram Planetarium, participate in a tasting at one of two local wineries, or stroll through the shops and galleries of bustling Southport.

King beds in some units and rollaway bed available on request prior to arrival. Griling is permitted but you must bring your own grill and it can be no closer than 15 feet from the building.
