Located at Sandpiper Bay in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. The Condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is second floor condo with very nice views of the lagoon and golf course. The unit has two double beds in master bedroom, with a bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a second bathroom in the hallway. Off the master bedroom there is a screened in porch overlooking the lagoon and gulf course.There are two swimming pools and two hot tubs on the grounds (Short distance away). The beach is about three miles away. North Myrtle Beach is only 25 minutes away. There is a nice tennis court on the grounds next to one of the swimming pools. You can golf at Sandpiper Bay's 27 hole golf course at your own expense (Check their rates 1-800-356-5827).The unit is non smoking and no pets are allowed.There is a minimum of a three night stay. There is a $100.00 security deposit required. If you elect not to clean the unit and its linens prior to your departure then a cleaning fee will be subtracted from the security deposit.

The rates are as follows:
January 1 thru March 31st $65.00 per night $425.00 a week $800.00 for the month.
April 1st thru May 31st $90.00 per night $575.00 per week $900.00 for the month.
June 1st thru August 31st $105.00 per night $725.00 per week.
September 1st thru September 30th $75.00 per night $500.00 per week $875.00 for the month.
October 1st thru December 31st $65.00 per night $425.00 per week $800.00 per month.
Weekly check in is after 4pm on Saturday and check out the following Saturday by 11:30am.
