Vacation Rental Description

Our getaway cottage is located on a shady, restful street across from the intercoastal waterway. We are a quick 5 min walk or bike ride to our beach access. There is a dock across the street at the park to access the waterway, for crabbing, fishing or putting a small boat in. Our cottage is self contained. We have everything you need in the house and outside, you have access to our shed with bikes, beach toys, chairs, boards, grill, and crabbing cage and nets. There is an hot and cold outside shower for your convenience when you return from the beach. There is a large deck on the back and a smaller one on the front of the house.

We are very close to the fish market and grocery store. We have book inside the cottage of things about the island, and such.

A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is required to secure the reservation. This deposit will automatically convert to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure after inspection of property.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days prior to arrival date. The remaining 50%- or 100% if booked with less than 60 days- rental rate is due within 30 days of arrival. Payments may be traveler's, bank money order, cashier's check, or personal check payable to 'Carol Frazier'. The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation resulting in no penalties. Cancellations of less than 60 days forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Late arrival or early departures does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
