Kure Beach is the perfect spot for a laid-back vacation. It's a small fishing village, with a few motels, restaurants, a convenience store, and a fishing pier. Within two miles are the NC State acquarium, the Civil War fort, Fort Fisher, and a ferry to Southport, a quaint village with lots of shopping. Two miles to the north of Kure Beach is Carolina Beach, with lots of shopping and restaurants. Another ten mmiles further north is Wilmington, NC, with tons to see and do. 
 
Wilmington has a first-class airport, served by US Air, and Delta. 
 
Beachlady is the ultimate vacation home, right on the beach, private walkway to the beach. This property was designed specifically for the vacation rental market, and built in 2004. The kitchen has everything you will need, including two refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, and range. There is a separate TV room on the top floor for the kids, which includes a Playstation 2.

Bedroom 3, Queen bed, has a private entrance to a bath which also has an entrance to a hallway. 
Bedroom 4, Bunk room, with two sets of bunks (sleeps 4), shares a bath with #5 below. 
Bedroom 5, Two twins, has a private sink, and shares a bath with the bunk room. 
Bedroom 6, Two twins, with a private bath.

25% of rent is due within 15 days of making reservation. The balance of rent is due 30 days or more before the check-in date; at this time also is due a $25 reservation fee, a $200 security deposit, which is returnable within 30 days after departure, and state and room taxes of 12.75% of the total rent. If the reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to the check-in date, there will be a full refund. If less than 45 days, a full refund will be made if the property is re-rented. Payment may be cash, money order, or personal check. No credit cards are accepted.
