For those folks who need to stay in touch with the rest of the world, a personal computer running Windows XP with high speed Internet access is also available. 
 
This beautiful home also features a screened porch with outside dining and a wraparound, first-floor deck with full, second-floor decks front and back really setting this house apart from the rest.

    $200 deposit required to reserve the house. The remaining total rent and taxes is split between two equal payments. The first is due on January 30, 2009. The final payment is due exactly one month prior to your arrival date. Rental Deposits will be refunded on cancellations, less 15%, only if the unit is re-rented. We can accept credit card payments via paypal with renter paying the requisite paypal fees. Discounts given for early reservations and payment of first deposit.
