Large Victorian home on the Outer Banks of NC has hosted over 100 weddings over the past 5 years. The Saltaire House is the ideal home for a special vacation or corporate retreat.We can help you arrange your entire wedding or corporate retreat with ease. Meals can be prepared and served by our in house chef or you can prepare your own. The manicured lawn and gardens provide an elegant background for a lawn wedding or a peacfull site to relax and enjoy. You can lounge by the heated salt water pool or take a short walk to the beach. The Saltaire is located in the village of Duck which has many shops and restaurants. The house has many features such as:a Pub Room for those afternoon cocktails or reading while listening to music. The elevator allows our guests to navigate all three levels of the house with ease. The Game/Media Room features a large projection screen TV that is also used for power point presentations by our corporate clients.There is a pool table,foosball,poker table for 10,and of course, another bar.There are 3 bars in the Saltaire including the bar by the pool.The Saltaire also rents individual bedrooms when the entire house is not rented between weddings or during the winter months.     • The Town of Duck has a park with a soundfront boardwalk and nature trail. We did not forget our liitle ones. A childrens' play area,with swings and slides are in the park. Morning exercise programs are intructed during the summer months, as well as live entertainment during several nights of the week during the suumer season. This is all free. 
    The beaches of the Outer Banks of NC rank in the top ten year after year as being the most pristine in the country.

Other Event Fees: 1.) 15 Guests-----$350 2.) 16 to 50------$450 3.) 50 and up-----Per Person Charge Daily Maid Service can be arranged @ $120/Day Meals can be arranged by our in house chef.
