Fabulous oceanfront location in North Carolina's Outer Banks. Recently renovated 4 bedroom home plus loft. Sleeps 10. This home has had $100k+ in renovations done recently, including 2 entirely new kitchens, a new hot tub, new floors, a new children's bedroom , two new master bedrooms, new window treatments and fresh paint! Outside lies the best part: The oceanfront location with a high dune, wide beach and the privacy that one desires in coming to the beaches of the 4 Wheel Drive area. This is also a wild horse sanctuary-the horses roam freely and they will come to visit!
New! Now with unlimited national calling and high speed internet access, (bring your computer).
Two new King bedrooms with new furniture and window treatments added in Fall 2006. Additional new furnishings throughout the house. Please note sleeper sofas, in addition to bedrooms. Most of the furniture is new, and the rest is in good shape. New games, TVs, mini- stereo equipment, and many other items were added this year.
TOWELS AND LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED, but pillows, comforters and blankets are.
2 king sized beds, 2 doubles, 1 twin, 2 sleeper sofas. Whirlpool tub, 2 full kitchens, games, gas fireplaces, , decks w/ furniture, ceiling fans, loft, beach chairs, outside shower faucets, port a crib, high chair, blankets, comforters & pillows provided. The first floor has the new children's bedroom, as well as an entrance area. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and the other with a full bed, as well as a full bath, kitchen, living room with a library, satellite TV, games, and a gas fireplace. Third floor has a master suite (king bed), two bathrooms, hot tub, great room with a cathedral ceiling . The fourth level is a great loft with sleeper sofa, TV and great views. The second and third floors have each have a wrap around deck. Next to the house in a private location is a great outdoor hot tub.

    Deposit, (1/2 total), and a signed lease agrement is due 10 days after verbal desire to rent, in order to reserve your week. The remainder is due one month prior to arrival. After the second payment is received, I will email instructions and directions. I accept personal or bank checks, or money orders.
