    $150/night (2 night minimum) .. $900/week (maximum of 8 guests) $75 housekeeping fee, $200 refundable security deposit. Holidays and Event weekends are subject to rate change. We accept VISA and Mastercard via paypal or personal checks. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee required for reservation. The balance is due 14 days before the arrival date. Check in time is 1PM and Check-out is at 1PM.
