Vacation Rental Description

Step back into time and enjoy a rustic hand-crafted cabin. Listen to the patter of rain on the tin roof in the three upstairs bedrooms. A tenth mile off a small country road and down in a holler on Aiken Creek you will not hear any traffic. You will enjoy listening to the water fall over the dam at Jensen Mill just 120 feet from the front door and to the crickets and tree frogs that will serenade you in the evening.
You can enjoy the sound of the water while sitting on the swing on the screened-in front porch. The kids can enjoy the screened-in sand box that is beneath the tree house or look for Cray fish and minnows in the creek. In addition, there are approximately three acres of pasture and a lot of wooded areas to explore. You can pitch horseshoes, putt on the putting green, or enjoy the fire pit. Arrangements can me made for shooting skeet in the pasture area.
This mostly wooded 28-acre small farm was a great place to raise a family and now you can enjoy a great get-away for your family. Experience the peace and quiet of this mountain cabin haven. There are many other unique things that are found in this section of the country for you to enjoy during your stay.

$200 refundable damage/security deposit is to be received within 7-busness days with signed copy of the Rental Agreement. The ballance to be received 30 days before arrival. $130 per night with 3 night min. $700 for 1 week (Plus 10.75% sales and accommodation tax) Check In is after 4 PM Check Out is by 10 AM Cancellation: Deposits and/or rental charges will not be refunded unless the cabin can be rented during the time reserved. Damage/Security Deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days after departure. Deductions will be made for lost keys, damage, missing items and excessive cleaning. Payments: check or money order
