bathroom condominium with a sleeper loft will accommodate up to 8  
people with the following bed arrangements: a King in the Master  
bedroom, a Queen in the guest bedroom, a Double bed and 2 Twin beds  
in the loft. Other amenities include gas log fireplace, full  
kitchen, washer, and dryer. Remember no smoking and no pets

Dbl & 2 twins in loft. Includes gas log fireplace, private deck,

dryer, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Digital cable TV with 9 HBO  
channels.  
Guests of this unit can enjoy all the Hawks Peak amenities,  
including tennis courts, hiking trails and a fitness center. This  
unit rents weekly only during the Holiday season with a Saturday to  
Saturday stay required. Discounts are available for monthly stays.

to Linville Falls and Linville Caverns. Unit is close to rafting,  
fishing, and canoeing. Close to Boone, home of Appalachian State
