The quiet lane leading to the cabin is lined with split-rail fencing, Rhododendrons and a few antique log cabins creating a beautiful setting. A small stream flows directly by the cabin adding to the overall ambiance. 
 
The all wood interior has been decorated with antiques and colorful quilts and has all the modern conveniences including a ceramic tiled Jacuzzi in the master bath. Spend a quiet evening by the fireplace watching the 32" flat panel TV or listen to music on the CD player. Relax and unwind in the brand new Hot Tub. The cabin has a full kitchen with two bedrooms and a loft and sleeps 7. The loft has a separate living area with a TV/DVD and foosball table. The master BR also has a TV with cable. The cabin is "Pet Friendly" and the full length back porch has a gate that when closed, provides security for your pets. Babbling Brook has central heat and air conditioning. High Speed Wireless Internet Access is now available!

    A signed rental agreement and 50% of the balance is required upon booking. Balance of payment is due 30 days before arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as Cashier’s check or Money orders. All bookings require a minimal handling fee of $35.00. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid with the balance of your rent prior to check-in. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be received in writing for Guest’s protection. When the property is re-rented for the full period of the cancelled reservation and confirmed with full payment, a refund to guest will be issued, less a $35 cancellation fee. Processing fee and insurance premiums are non-refundable. If property is not re-rented for the full time period of the cancelled reservation all monies paid will be forfeited. Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is available and highly recommended to protect potential financial loss.
