Vacation Rental Description
Your vacation cabin is in the heart of Ashe County, North Carolina. This beautiful property in the Blue Ridge Mountains is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the towns of Boone and Jefferson. In addition we are about twenty miles from the trendy town of Blowing Rock where you can enjoy a day of shopping and dining at both sophisticated and casual stores and restaurants. 
 
The cabin, completed in 2008 has 3 levels. Top level is the master suite with a king size bed and a bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sinks. 
 
The main level has a full bathroom, a bedroom with a pyramide bunkbed, and another bedroom with a trundle bed. The main living space has a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Just outside the living room, the deck has a gas grill, 8 foot picnic bench, and some adirondack chairs for reading on a cool afternoon. 
 
The basement completes the house with a tv/game room that has foozeball, xbox, kareokee, nintendo, and lots of boardgames and books to read, along with a 4th bedroom with a queen size bed and the 3 full bathroom. The basement level has a suspended swing outside for sunset watching. 
 
We are located in a private community which will soon be gated and with amenities include a 5000 square foot clubhouse with library, billiard room, conference room with Intermet access and a large media room. Just outside the clubhouse is a stocked fishing pond.

Owner will refund all payments made by Tenant. If the cancellation is less than 90 days, 70% of the total rental fee will be refunded to the Tenant. If the cancellation is less than 45 days, the total rental fee is forfeited and will not be refunded.
