Vacation Rental Description
This is a new, beautifully designed and decorated town home in the Heart of Banner Elk, North Carolina.
Park your car in our garage. It's a very short walk downtown to a variety of restaurants, entertainment, shopping and banking.
Lees McRae college campus is just across the street where there is always something going on. Live theater, tennis, soccer and swimming events. (Pool is open for public use; small fee). By the way, reduced rates for family and friends visiting the college.
Our living room is extra large (with plenty of seating) so you can enjoy the custom built stone fireplace while watching the new 52" HD flat screen TV with premium package programing. Also included is WiFi.
The kitchen is complete with all the normal things you might need to prepare a nice meal including all pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc., and served at the dining room table that seats 8, plus kitchen bar for 4 more. (However, if I were you, I would head out to one of the several great restaurants within walking distance).
All bedrooms on 2nd floor are carpeted. King bedroom with private bath including a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; double vanity.
The 2nd bedroom is very large with two Queen beds.
The 3rd bedroom has a custom built bunk bed with one Full bed on bottom and a Twin on top. Also on the 2nd floor is a full size laundry.
This property has all you could dream of for your vacation in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Come enjoy the different seasons. The changing colors of the trees, skiing, hiking, fishing, etc. are at your fingertips and we've made a place you can enjoy and relax in after a fun day of adventure.
