This deluxe RCI Gold Crown rated resort is smack in the middle of ski country, with a gorgious mountain view. Sugar Mountain is nearly across the road and Beech is just a few miles away. Plus there are two more ski resorts within 1/2 hour drive. If you are not a skiier, consider snow tubing or ice skating at the many facilities nearby. See the Biltmore house all decked out for the Holidays. Hikers can enjoy the breathtaking views from Grandfather Mountain and Blowing Rock and resturants abound the area.  
 
The unit has a Full Kitchen, Living Room 2 Bedrooms and a mini loft, W/D, jacuzzi & fireplace. The unit can sleep 4 privately within the bedrooms with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a single sleeper sofa on the loft. Of course there is also a TV with VCR if you can find time watch it. The resort has indoor pool, jacuzzi and suana, ping pong, fishing pond, paddle boats, exercise room, basketball, tennis, mini golf, and more. Free hot coffee, books, games, internet access and a dialy paper await you at the cluhose daily. And yes, you can have the perfect view of the New Years fireworks at Sugar Mountain, right from the comfort of your own living room or deck!

    • The swimming pool is indoors and heated along with sauna's and a jacuzzi pool. There is also an attached clubhouse with an excercise room, tables and games to use, ping pong, and planned activities all week long. A common computer for guests to check emails and complimentary coffee all day long. There are also tennis courts, mini golf and a playground for the kids if the weather is not too cold.

    I live in Georgia with my family. I own a small group of premium timeshare weeks prmarily for personal use. Each year we choose some to use personally and rent the remaining out. Some are fixed weeks and some are floating time or points based, which gives me flexibiliy in getting you the week you want. Because I have already paid the hefty purchase fee on these units up font, I can rent them out for well under market rate and save you hotel taxes. I am not a broker and have only a small inventory. I have not had a disastified customer in my 50-60 transactions over the last 10 years.
