Eat around a large dining room table, park kids at an old-fashioned table in the kitchen, or enjoy the large side yard with grill and picnic table. ??Rockers on the large front porch offer relaxing views of Thousand Island Park, while the second story porch off the master bedroom is perfect for an afternoon of quiet reading.

This is an old Victorian cottage built in 1885. A marvelous front porch and upper porch off the master bedroom make it a pure delight for a family vacation. It is fully furnished, although guests must bring their own sheets, bath towels, bath mats, and pillow cases. Blankets and all other bedding are provided, as are basic cooking needs like flour, sugar, spices. The cottage has three double and three single beds. There is large family dining room, a small kitchen table for snacks, and dishes and cooking implements for all cooking needs. AC is not needed, but the days in summer are warm. The community boasts its own hotel, library, ice cream parlor, children's playground, baseball diamond, basketball court, tennis courts, docks, swimming coves, chapel, shops, and old-fashioned tabernacle with church services & free movies 4 times/week. It's summer camp for the whole family.

This is a summer cottage, so while the area has winter sports, the cottage is closed from before Thanksgiving until Mother's Day. One can even go to Canada and enjoy a near-by casino, as well as the international flavor of Canadian cities and towns.
