    • TV/VCR in Broadway Suite. High speed cable internet. Comfortable queen sofabed & 1 roll away. The dining table seats four comfortably. There is a complete bath with a bathtub /shower. A large, private dressing area. Ironing board/iron. Air conditioner, ceiling fan and portable fans.Completely upgraded with hardwood and ceramic tile floors, new kitchen with dishwasher, and gorgeous upgraded bathroom. Both suites have a charming out door balcony which over looks the quadrangle in the center of the complex. PETS NOT ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Shopping in the neighborhood! Sears, Marshalls, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, gourmet European grocery stores, delis, dry cleaners, hardware store, more. Restaurants! Uzbecki kosher, kosher delis, Chinese/Indian fusion, Turkish, Japanese, French, Indian. many, many more! The subway is a short 3 block walk through a scenic shopping area. Manhattan is only 19 minutes away!

Cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, stove/oven, microwave.

    Hello Phil,
    I would like to thank you for everything. We spent a wonderful time and we had a lot of fun.
    The apartment is great, very well located. Good shops, supermarket, subway and restaurants nearby.
