$200 security deposit holds reservation. It is refundable when you check out and apartment is left in excellent and CLEAN condition. The total amount of rental payment due two weeks before arriving date.
Cancellation: more than 60 days before arrival date, 100% refund ($200); between 60 days to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund ($100); from 30 days to arrival date, no refund.

Payment methods: Personal Check, PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check.

If apartment is not left in clean condition,$75 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If everything is left tidy and undamaged - you will not incur any fees.
