Payment methods: Personal Check, PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check. If apartment is not left in clean condition,$75 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If everything is left tidy and undamaged - you will not incur any fees. Check in : 3:00 PM Check out: 12:00 PM
