The rent will be charged immediately upon receipt. If the lease is cancelled 20 days before the move in date, the rent will be refunded and a 30% processing fee will be deducted from the rent. If cancelled less than 20 days before move in date, rent will not be refunded at all. A $500 Security Deposit will be held on your credit card as an authorization only when moving into the apartment. Latest move out time is 11:00 am. If renter/tenant moves out later than 11:00 am, renter/tenant agrees to pay a penalty fee of $200. When vacating the apartment, all the keys should be given to the Front Desk/Doorman and signed for by the tenant. Otherwise, a fee of $100 per key will be charged to your credit card. The apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered on your move in date, except normal usage. Tenant agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items in the apartment
