visiting New York, need a bed space and a peace of mind in a calm, quiet environment, then, there is no better place to lay your head on than here at smithie's nonesuch - private yet close to everything from a short walk to Central park, to Riverside park, the boat basin and Morningside park. Near Columbia University, libraries, book stores, restaurants, wine bars, sport bars, pubs and regular cafe, supermarket, theatres.

East access to train lines 1,2,3,B,D,A,C,E, buses, cabs. Access to express train service to Downtown (Soho) and the Yankee stadium. You can also take a walk or a bus ride to Harlem at any time of the day.

A regular apartment in a quiet part of a pre war building, with loft styled windows and hard wood floor. It has a wireless internet access. There is a furnished one bedroom with a twin bed for one person. This room has lots of light coming in from a large window, a heater or air condition for summer. There is a small table, a chair, a storage and a full closet in this room. The rate for this room is $50 per night.

There is a furnished double room with a queen sized bed for two. Couples or a small group of three might be welcomed. This room has two loft sized beds, air conditioning for summer, a large radiator for heating and an ample lots of space. There is a writing table and a dresser with loads of drawers. The going rate for this room is $80 per night. Will charge more for three.

There is a shared kitchen, with a full sized refrigerator, microwave oven, a toaster and a shared bathroom. Just make sure you clean up after use.

Maximium stay - three weeks, minimum stay two days.

Will provide bed linens and towels. No sleeping bags in the rooms and no pet(s) allowed in the apartment.

An ID or a passport is needed to be seen upon arrival.
