We now have TWO fabulous apartments for rent: one is our original 2,500 square foot four bedroom, two bathroom garden triplex and the other is our 2,000 square foot four bedroom, three bathroom duplex.  
 
When first you enter the enormous living room of the GARDEN TRIPLEX, you will be dazzled by the Italian fresco on the high ceiling, an homage to Grand Central Station’s restoration, framing a huge antique Venetian chandelier. In the center of the living room, stands a working Vermont-marble fireplace with a French Empire mirror, hanging over the mantle. Look out the window and view the 1000 plus square foot, multi-level private garden with 5 person hot-tub spa. 
 
Relax on the new celadon sofa or the matching loveseat, with built in his and hers recliners, while listening to Mozart on the stereo or watching the evening news or World Series, on the 50 inch Plasma Hi-Definition TV set. There are also handy DVD and separate VHS players. Not enough room for your company to sit? Well, there is also an Art Deco sofa between the 8 foot high windows. 
 
Our open kitchen looks out over our dining room, large enough for sit-down dinners for 10 or more. The Heywood Wakefield dining set beautifully complements the new hardwood floors. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the dining room, too! 
 
The primary master bedroom overlooks the garden and has a private entrance to the garden, via the spa room. This bedroom has a 25 foot wall of built in closets and dresser, in addition to the lovely, new, bleached wood furnishings and original wrought iron bed. The second master bedroom is off the living room and shares it's 15 foot ceiling height. This bedroom has an enormous 8 foot by 4 foot sunny window facing south, and boasts a modern chandelier and a Vermont marble fireplace. 
 
In addition to this, there is a third child’s room, together with a separate family/playroom/4th bedroom and a full bathroom, in the finished basement level, with a door and window to the garden. 
 
The four bedroom DUPLEX has a living room with another marble fireplace, high ceilings decorated with original plaster moldings and medallion, and is drenched with sunlight from it’s south facing windows. It also has an antique Venetian Murano chandelier. 
 
The formal dining room has yet another wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings, and overlooks the mimosa and fruit trees in our private garden. If formal dining is your joy, this is the right room for you! (This room may substitute as a fourth bedroom in a pinch). 
 
A large, unusual, fully restored 19th century bathroom graces this entertainment floor, complete with original claw-foot tub, pedestal sink and polished brass plumbing. 
 
And a new kitchen completes this floor, adding modern convenience to old world charm! 
 
Upstairs you will find an enormous and bright master bedroom suite with a wall of closets, a marble fireplace, and a private bathroom. 
 
In the rear you will find a second bedroom (with fireplace, of course), a third bedroom/nursery and a new bathroom complete with steam room and laundry facilities.

Rate based on occupancy by 6. Rate for occupancy by 7 or 8 is $696/night. Security deposit required. 15% supplement on holidays. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. There is a one time cleaning fee of $150 per stay.
