				Low Season Price:	$399 per Day
				High Season Price:	$479 per Day

The rent will be charged immediately upon receipt of reservation. If the lease is cancelled 20 days before the rent will be refunded minus 30% processing fee. If cancelled less than 20 days before move in date, no refund at all. A $500 Security Deposit will be held on your credit card as an authorization only when moving into the apartment. If renter fails to vacate the apartment on the date stated renter agrees to pay $400/day per every add'l day in the apt. Move out is 11:00 am. If renter moves out later than 11:00 am, renter agrees to pay a penalty fee of $200. When vacating the apt, all the keys should be left on the kitchen counter or dining table. Otherwise, a fee of $100 per key will be charged to your credit card. The apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered on your move in date, except normal usage. Tenant agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items in the apt.
