A lovely non smoking completely furnished/outfitted quiet open plan loft apartment located in the heart of lower Manhattan/Tribeca. It consists of two sleeping areas, with one queen bed in one sleeping area and in a second smaller sleeping area is a bunkbed unit with 2 twin beds in it, as well as a double size sofabed in seating area..living /dining area, well outfitted kitchen and one fully appointed bath. Works well for traveling families, or a couple + one single. The downtown location is ideal in one of New York's most sought after areas that is easily accessible everywhere in Manhattan. This landmark historic district (19th century cast iron architecture)is family and foot friendly, with wide cobblestone streets that is just a few blocks from both the art galleries and up to the minute boutique shopping of adjoining SOHO and Tribeca. For foodies, we are in the midst of the very best 4 star and chef owned award winning restaurants in Manhattan. Hub of New York's film industry and home to the international spring Tribeca Film Festival, when Tribeca hosts the latest international screenings. Frequent celeb spotting and on site movie production (Spiderman shot nearby). Walk to Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking district or Chinatown or wander over to the wonderful Hudson River Promenade, along the river, where there are miles of a lovely uninterrupted wide biking and jogging path in a traffic free zone, that goes all the way uptown, as well as several waterfront parks. There are tennis courts and splash pools for children, picnicing, movies in summer at night, sand volleyball courts, mini golf, rollerblading, ping pong, batting cages, bike rentals and an incredible trapeze park,where you can take lessons or just watch the fun.
Tribeca is the hub of New York's film industry, with much local movie production going on all around us, as well as frequent celeb spotting!

Deposit to hold dates and payment must be completed 60 days before arrival....

Exit cleaning fee will be included with quote.

60 days before arrival payment made is non refundable, unless unit is rerented
for reserved dates. Cancellation request should be sent in writing 60 days ahead of booked dates.
$150, fee charged to cancel any already booked dates. 30 days before arrival payment is not refundable. By initial payment/booking you agree to our terms
