Other Fees: $50. per night additional rate for 5th person - per night extra - maximum of 5 people.
$500. to $1000. security deposit depending on rental time. Refunded after the loft has been inspected. Due in cash on arrival.
$125.00 final cleaning fee due in cash on arrival.

Super Apartment. Staying in an art gallery and antique shop all at once. Very comfortable and roomy. Great position in Chelsea. Lovely view of the Empire State Building. Owners are wonderful to deal with and have lots of info to help make you stay memorable. Would stay again.

A very well located and extremely clean and comfortable apartment close to subway. Plenty of eating places within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and Sharni & Albert were very welcoming and helpful. We would definetly recommend this apartment to family or friends who are looking for a central and comfortable stay in New York. Thumbs up from us.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

An Absolute Gem of an Apartment

There is absolutely everything you would need in the apartment and it is certainly a beautiful home. From a lovely Master en suite to a fully equipped utility (yes you have a washing machine & tumble dryer) there really is everything that you need right down to a corkscew to open your favorite wine and an ice bucket to keep the champagne chilled. Instantly our hosts made you feel at home. It was our first visit to New York and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, so comfortable and welcoming after a hard day's sightseeing.

Quiet loft in centre of city

This loft is perfectly placed within easy reach of all parts of the city but being on the top floor is very quiet and peaceful. There is loads of space in the apartment and all amenities are there to be enjoyed. The owners were there to meet us when we arrived and were only a phone call away if needed. I would definitely rent this loft again.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable and great location

This beautiful loft was truly a second home for me and my wife and another couple for seven days. The apartment is a five minute walk from three subway lines and surrounded by delis, restaurants, grocers and retail shops. You could not ask for a more convenient place to explore the city and then come home to relax with the Empire State out the window. The Owners are wonderful hosts who clearly love their City - the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

This large well appointed midtown apartment was extremely well located for traveling quickly to either end of Manhattan. Supermarket and restaurants are close in adjoining streets. Banks were just around the corner and local coffee shops handy. The apartment is very large and feels very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and laundry. Being on the 12th floor gives you a relatively quiet hideaway in an extremely busy city. The owners were very kind and helpful and lovely to deal with and were only a phone call away if you needed any help or advice on any NYC matters. I think the advertised rundown on the apartment well reflects the property and what it offers and personally I had a very enjoyable stay here.

The view is stunning. And at twelve floor above the street, it's quiet, the perfect mix of feeling right in the middle of the city without the crush of it all the time. Subway is close, as is good coffee and Whole Foods supermarket. We liked the neighborhood restaurants for flavor and convenience. The owners are notably friendly, courteous, and helpful. You will appreciate their welcome. This is a loft made of light and space. Our party of five adults felt at home

Lovely, spacious loft which gave myself, my husband and daughter our own space. The location is excellent, as everyone else says, it is in the middle of everything, with most attractions a lovely walk or short subway ride away. Around the loft are a number of delis and a wonderful supermarket for good fresh food. The loft is well equipped with everything you should need - a real home from home. Our hosts were a wonderful, friendly couple and are, as mentioned by others, only a phone call away should they be needed. We hope to be back! :)

We had a terrific stay in this great loft. It was very well located in Midtown and we felt like we got a real taste of NYC lifestyle. On the tourist side we were able to walk pretty much anywhere - Broadway/Times Square, Chelsea Galleries, 5th Ave shopping, MOMA etc. Buses and subway, food marts etc are in either direction down 27th. The apartment was very comfortable and relaxing to return to after the day or evenings activities. Everything we needed was there. It is very spacious so we weren't having to jump over each other when we were there.. Our hosts are delightful owners and we would love to return one day.



We would recommend it to families with teenagers and pairs of couples traveling together

Thank you so much! The space was amazing and you two are so special! Our time there was so relaxing and quiet!!! It was like bringing a winter beach vacation to the city! Plenty of space and quiet to read and relax and just steps away from so many great times! And a perfect location! We easily traveled, well, all over the city - to see a performance in Brooklyn, uptown for museum visits, and had lots of great experiences in the neighborhood! I've never felt more comfortable in Manhattan and Manhattan has never felt more manageable. We will be back!!!

The apartment is in a wonderful area surrounded with restaurants, all forms of transport close by and a view of the empire state building you will never forget.
The apartment is amazing with so much space.
It's so luxurious we could not believe we were so lucky to stay here in New York.

I can only echo the views of everyone below by saying that the appartment was excellent, good location, really convenient, spacious, comfortable, light and quiet. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space and facilities. We could walk to many locations - Central Park, Rockefeller, Grand Central, 5th Ave shops etc. as well as convenient subway stops at 23 and 28th streets to get to the downtown and waterfront. Recommened eats are the Malibu for breakfast (23 & 7th), Cuba (Soho) and 5 Napkin Burgers (Hells Kitchen). It was a pleasure to meet our hosts, who couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. All in all a great holiday.

My family of six adults spent a wonderful week in this loft apartment. Everything about it was perfect for us - convenient location, lots and lots of space, wonderful hosts, big windows with lots of light, and a view of the Empire State Building. The pictures may look too good to be true, but that is not the case - they very accurately reflect what you get. Our hostess was very responsive to all of my emails and questions and made it easy to book the loft. We all have very fond memories of our stay and hope to return again. I have enthusiastically recommended the loft to several friends.

A fantastic apartment, amazing views, great location and lovely welcome. The loft was the perfect place for us (a group of five girls) to celebrate our 30th birthdays. We were overwhelmed by the immense size of the apartment which provided us with everything we needed during our stay. We had lovely hosts and we can't thank them enough for extending our stay and helping us find alternative accommodation when we got stranded due to the Icelandic volcano.

Our family stayed in this beautiful loft apt over the Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was set up perfectly: great kitchen, comfortable living area, large dining area, beautiful master bedroom and HUGE artist studio with Murphy bed, pull-out sofas , TV... the works! Plus the view of the Empire State Bldg out the front window is spectacular! We would return in a flash.

Huge loft apartment. Beautifully decorated and very private. We stayed for 11 nights (2 x couples). Excellent space to return to after sightseeing all day. Owners are very accommodating in all areas. View Empire State Bld while drinking coffee from the lounge. Close to subway and all facilities.
