Stay here and you'll be in Manhattan's most exciting neighborhood -- The Meat Packing District. Local restaurants include Pastis, Fatty Crab, Spotted Pig and Budakhan, to name just a few. Neighborhood shopping on Bleecker Street includes world-renowned stores such as Cynthia Rowley, Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren. A grocery store, pharmacy and dozens of other shops are (literally) just around the corner.

The Hudson River, adjacent Hudson River Park and the new High Line Park are 2 - 3 short blocks away and it's a quick walk to Chelsea, the Flat Iron district, Chelsea Piers and Union Square. With the 1,2, 3 and A, C, L, and F trains each just a short 4-block walk.

This is a private home; it’s not a commercial property nor is it a hotel. Please be mature, professional and considerate of my wonderful neighbors. No pets, no smoking, and please remove your shoes at the door. I am looking for guests who are low-key and respectful of the property. This apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests including well behaved older children. *****It is not childproof and is not suitable for young children. It would work for a newborn who hasn't yet started to crawl. ****ALLERGY NOTE: A dog lives here when the owner is in residence.

4 Nights (min) - $500 per Night for 2 Beds - 4 persons Max
Additional $100 per night for use of 3rd bed.
Holidays - $600 per night - 5 night Min.

    • Kitchen was totally renovated in April, 2010 with state-of-the-art appliances, Glassos counter tops, Calligaris dining set, white leather bar stools and and custom stainless steel. It's fully stocked with fine crystal wine glasses, barware, blender, food processor, convection toaster oven, microwave and numerous pots, pans and baking utensils. Guests are also provided with coffee, teas, milk, sugar, jams and other condiments. A large (by NYC standards) grocery store and drug store are less than a block away.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required approximately 14 days before arrival. Please make payments in the form of PayPal, bank money orders or cash. The balance is due the day before your arrival. CANCELLATIONS - A fourteen (14)-day cancellation notice is required for full refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 14 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
