This spacious apartment is just a few steps from all the great restaurants, bars and shopping that area is famous for including Pastis, Fatty Crab, Spotted Pig, Budakhan and One Little West 12th to name just a few. Neighborhood shopping on Bleecker Street includes world renowned stores such as Cynthia Rowley, Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren and Biography Bookshop. A grocery store, pharmacy and dozens of other shops are (literally) just around the corner.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal and cash. The $500 security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure if the apartment is maintained properly.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required approximately 14 days before arrival. Please make payments in the form of PayPal, bank money orders or cash. The balance is due the day before your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS - A fourteen (14)-day cancellation notice is required for full refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 14 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
