This is an amazing location as you are steps from wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and Greenwich Village nightlife. You are one block from the 1 train at Christopher Street and half a block to the A/C/E/F/B/D trains at West 4th Street station. Parking is available on the street (please watch for the street cleaning regulations) and in lots nearby. Linens and towels are provided. All utilities and agency fees are included.

				Low Season Price:	$350 per Day
				High Season Price:	$495 per Day

The unit has a 3 night minimum. In order to confirm a reservation, we take a 20% deposit on Visa, MC, Amex or Discover. You pay the balance on arrival in cash or traveler's checks. On arrival, we also run an $800 security deposit via credit card authorization. This is cancelled upon check-out once it is determined the apartment is intact.
