2000 sq feet with 3 large room. The space has one queen bed, one day bed, 2 futon counches and 2 other matresses in storage available for large parties.  
There is internet phone, cable TV, a full kitchen, 2 eating areas. 
The space is in a former loft building so the layout is slightly open with private areas. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated. All rooms have unique lighting that also works well for art exhibition. Longer term rentals as a live/work arrangement are also a possibility. Additional photos available upon request. Because there is a large space with a front room that can be used as an office or meeting area or a second bedroom, it is also a great space for special events, retreats, fundraisers. We have hosted art shows, wedding showers and land conservation events.  
 
There is a video collection and a library of guide books and New York history books on site. There is a collection of menus for take out and delivery, in case you are tired after a day of sight seeing. The owners live upstairs and are available if information is needed or any problems arise. Yet tenant privacy is highly valued. Other information and helpful instructions are compiled.  
 
There is access for an extra fee to extra cleaning services, laundry services and at time babysitting help.

Hardwood floors, skylight, newly renovated bathroom with hand glazed ceramic and glass tiles. Extremely quiet apartment in safe neighborhood. Large attractive kitchen include eating nook and Vermont slate counter. Art works by Rob Hite. Central air conditioning. Friendly designer touches (architect Beppe Zambonino designed it). It also has been used as an architectural school, gallery and live work space. Conference room area and full screen for presentations. High ceilings up to 14 feet. More photos available on request.
