This spacious studio is in pristine condition and is located in a classic Upper East Side brownstone between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue. The building has a small elevator suitable for one person at a time. The apartment is located on the second floor and is a spacious studio with high ceilings, hard wood flooring and a full separate kitchen. The main living area is equipped to sleep four people with two full sized beds. There is an a/c, wireless high speed internet, flat panel TV with DVD player and a large dresser. The apartment also has two large storage closets and three large French windows that face a quiet street which provide for a very bright atmosphere. The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are all of the basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub/shower, w/c and sink. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment. The building provides a full laundry facility in the basement.
