The apartment is child-friendly but not child-proof. The house and apartment including the garden is non-smoking.

Close to 5th Avenue and 7th Avenue's great neighborhood restaurants, cafes, and trendy shops.

Easy walking distance to Prospect Park, the jewel of Brooklyn, offering summer concerts, boating, horseback riding, and many other activities. Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum of Art, and Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) are also close by.

Easy 15 minutes to Manhattan via subway. 2 minute walk to R or M trains at Union Street station. 10 minute walk to Q or B trains at 7th Avenue station.
