Two Spacious (1100 SQFT) apartments available in the same building, located in a very safe, quiet, tree-lined residential area of Bay Ridge with easy access to the Shops, Restaurants, Subway station and only 20 min to Manhattan. Each apartment has two bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen sized orthopedic bed. Two excellent sofa beds are also available in the large living rooms. Each property is very neat, clean, comfortable and is beautifully decorated. There are also a dining room, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen in each apartment. Air-conditioning units with remote controls are available in each of the bedrooms as well as the living-rooms. The 1st floor apartment also has access to a rear deck that leads on to a patio court-yard with table and chairs as well as a large stainless steel barbecue gas grill.

    • Bay Ridge is a fantastic NY city neighbourhood full of shops and restaurants yet safe and quiet. Abundance of local specialty stores, banks, pharmacies and some of the finest restaurants in the NYC are all at walking distances. Century 21 Department store is also nearby- a mecca for shoppers of Brand name clothes and shoes at a discounted rate. Brooklyn's China-town is only 5 min drive or just 3 stops by Subway and 'Little Odessa' is less than 15 min drive at Brighton Beach. NY Aquarium and Coney Island Amusement Parks, where Nathan's World Championship Hot Dog eating contests are held, are close by. If you are into Walking/jogging/cycling etc, try the Pedestrian/ cycle-path along NY Harbour, just a couple of blocks away with the Verrazano Narrows Bridge & Staten Island In the back-ground or try Prospect Park, a sister park to Central Park. Manhattan is just 20 minutes by Subway (R train) and the station is only half a block away
