This is a small 1 BR, fully furnished rental apt. only 5 short blocks from Central Park...  It's very clean, and was renovated with new appliances and fixtures less than two years ago. There is a full sized bed in a real, separate bedrom and a sofabed in the living area.  A Twin size Aerobed is also available for blowup.  Linens, towels, kitchen appliances and tableware, Air conditioning, fans, hair dryer, iron, vacuum, etc. You will truly feel "at home" here. The apt. includes a phone with unltd USA phone calls, cable TV, flat screen, DVD player, wi-fi and internet computer included. 
 
3 night minimum stays, please. discounts for weekly stays. Can accommodate up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. 
 
No smoking in the apt. Pets discouraged, but will consider small dogs for extra fee.
