Ranch-style house with rear deck and electric awning. Wicker deck chairs provided for a relaxing barbecue. Spacious grounds with lawn. House comes with two man kayak, Sun-fish sail boat, rubber raft, and, of course - life jackets. 
 
Close to all the wineries and main attractions. If you want to go to the Hamptons, you are ten minutes away. You are one and a half hours from New York City by car or train - your choice. We just bought new furniture for the house, new linens and new beds. Safe - clean -comfortable. We also installed a new main ceramic/marble bathroom. New heating and cooling system. Wood burning stove. Pictures are available. Gene and Maureen.
