Five bedroom two bath home with forever farm view.Home has been completely painted (inside)March 08.There is a 12'gazebo in the yard with a tumbled stone patio.The house has central air conditioning,washer,dryer,dishwasher,two 42" tvs.Each bedroom has it,s own tv.There is cable tv with HBO and wifi internet connection.The patio set at the gazebo is Tropitone brand with seating for eight the gezebo area is lighted for your eveing enjoyment.

    • The house is located in the bucolic farms of the North Fork of long Island.The farm in the rear of the house grows vegetables and flowers for the North Fork farm stands.The Peconic Bay is across the street and there are beaches everywhere.There are 34 wineries with tasting rooms nearby (the nearest is 1/2 mile away.There is easy access to the Hamptons,Westhampton is eight miles away.Splish Splash water park is nearby also the aquariem in Riverhead.For 2009 we have installed a new granite counter top kitchen, expanded the gazebo deck to include a new tiki bar area,installed a new tumbled stone patio(24'x17') directly behind the house.The living room has a Samsung lcd tv(52")with a Blueray dvd player.There are also four other flat screen tvs in house.
