The upstairs has a large living area with a full modern kitchen including all amenities; stainless appliances, granite counters and ceramic tile floors. The dining area has sliders to a front deck and the living area has sliders to the large rear deck. From the rear of the property you can walk along a sand path to the dunes and spectacular ocean beach in a matter of minutes. The 'light' is picture perfect and the sea breeze a constant caress.Diagonaly in front of the property is Napeague Harbor, noted for its'excellent kite and sail boarding. Constant entertainment to participate in or simply enjoy the unfolding saga from your deck, as you wish!
