Vacation Rental Description
In the heart of East Hampton village, this home, built in the 1920's has four large bedrooms, each with a bath, on the second floor, and a smaller one, also with a bath, on the main floor. Also downstairs are a large living room with a fireplace, a sunporch/playroom, a separate dining room, a large eat-in kitchen with a professional stove and fully stocked with equipment for a chef's needs. There is also a laundry room and small office.

Outdoors, there is a small garden, fully fenced with a heated gunite pool, a hot tub nearby (kids love to go back and forth all day), chaise longues, a hammock,as well as a gas grill to barbecue and patio furniture, including a table, chairs, etc. There is also an outdoor shower.

The house comes fully stocked with linens, towels, beach towels and chairs. There are toys, games, a rockinghorse, and a dollhouse in the sunporch, and a swing on the tree in the front yard.

No group rentals are permitted in Eat Hampton village.

Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis. No cats please.

Parking stickers to the ocean and bay beaches can be provided.

    • The cleaning service can be provided during your stay for an extra charge. Linens are provided. There is a jacuzzi type setting in the hot tub. There is cable tv is the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms.
