2 Bedroom House in Saugerties

Situated on seven private acres within Artists Lake Preserve, this secluded, but easily accessible retreat will renew your spirits while you commune with Nature. 
 
This tasteful, comfortable 1000 S.F. duplex, which is a seperate, private, wing of a large house (occupied by an artist), comes with every amenity that you could ask for to make your stay complete. As you enter your private entrance into the great room you will find a spacious living area looking out to an intimate Japanese garden.  
 
There is a seperate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen size bed stocked with fine linens and a guest room for visitors. The contemporary tiled and skylit bath comes with luxurious Egyptian cottom towels. 
 
There are expansive mountain views, a private 14 acre lake for fishing and canoeing and a swimming pool . 
 
I am booked until the 7th of October, so please reserve a date(s) as early as possible. 
 
There will be a cleaning fee for weekly and monthly rentals.
