2 Bedroom Cottage in Kingston

Our smoke-free and pet-free accommodations have been beautifully restored and have many nicely appointed details, wood floors, stained glass and changing exhibitions by local artists. The Cottage has two bedrooms, a large living room/dining area, bathroom with tub and shower, half bath on the ground floor and full kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Continental breakfast provided. Full breakfast, picnic lunch, or elegant dinner prepared by you chef/artist hosts available upon request. Complimentary wine and chesse tray upon arrival.

Each room is uniquely decorated and furnished in an eclectic mix of antiques, contemporary furniture, art and books for various interests,and yet still offers all the modern day conveniences-Cable TV, A/C and High Speed Wireless Internet- so feel free to bring your laptop! The Kitchen has a small desk for office work.

The rooms are fully furnished with linens, towels, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

Our accommodations are set up to be self-sufficient (no daily maid service). If you need anything else, we are just two doors away.

The Cottage is just 3 blocks from the waterfront, Rondout visitors center, cruise boats, marinas, small museums, art galleries, atist studios, antique centers, specialty shops and a number of great restaurants and cafes.

The Cottage is operated by Susie Linn and Michael Lalicki, and they will be happy to help guide you to the many antique shops, sights, and restaurants in the area.

The Rondout waterfront also offers daily and evening sunset cruises along the Hudson River, trolley rides,
monthly art openings, waterfront concerts and numerous seasonal festivals and events.

Guests are within 30 minutes of wineries, historic mansions, hiking, rail trail biking, kayaking, fly fishing,
public tennis and golf facilities. Within 50 minutes, guests can indulge in downhill skiing at Belleayre, Hunter or
Windham Mountains. Enjoy horse shows at HITS, only 15 minutes away.

Get ready to experience a very private, peaceful stay. Walk down to the river and sip a cocktail you mixed up in
