A 5 minute walk will provide access to public tennis courts, a track, and a public lake/pond with a beach for swimming in summer (Oakwood).

Perfect location and access to all that the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and Berkshire Mountains have to offer. Less than a 30 minute drive to Bard College, Red Hook and Rhinebeck. 45 minutes to Tanglewood, Lenox, and Great Barrington MA. Just over 2 hours from NYC.
