The cottage is on Beautiful Skaneateles which is in the heart of the Finger Lakes. It is on the lake with two bedrooms facing the water, and the other to the back woods. There is a patio with picnic table and gas grill. A porch is across the lake side of the cottage. There is also a boathouse which is a great place to sit and relax. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is also a TV.

    Half of the weekly rent is due when a reservation with no refund. The exception being if I can rent that week. There is a security despoit of $600 which I will refund if there has been no damage.There will be a $50.00 cleaning fee taken out of the deposit.
