Kingtown Beach is located right in the heart of the Finger Lakes. We have 400' of beautiful Cayuga Lake Front to swim, boat, fish or just enjoy. We have a large 4 bedroom 2 bath Lake House with private dock and beach, 6 Cottages and 2 Yurts, which can be rented separately or all together. (Ask about our multiple renter and Family Reunion discount).
Taughannock Falls State Park is located 3 & half miles south of us, between the Village of Trumansburg (which is where Kingtown Beach is Located) and the city of Ithaca, New York. We are located right at the beginning of the Cayuga Wine Trail on Rte: 89 and 15 minutes to the Seneca Wine Trail with 70+ Wineries, wonderful restaurants and lovely scenery. We are located 2 miles from the Village of Trumansburg, NY which has many Restaurants, Pizza Parlors, GREAT Chinese Food, 2 large Grocery Stores, Laundry Mats, Hair Salons, Gyms, GREAT Golf Course and lots more! Buttermilk Falls State Park, Robert Treman State Park, Cornell University, Ithaca College are all within a 20 minute drive from Kingtown Beach. Wells College, SUNY Cortland, Watkins Glen, Corning Glass Museum and much more are within a 45 minute drive. Giving you and your family a great Finger Lakes vacation rental is what we do!

We have a large 4 bedroom Lake house that can sleep up to 18 and Six adorable lakeside cottages and 2 really beautiful Yurts all sitting on 400 feet of Cayuga Lake Front, in a very private wooded area.
We are located in the heart of the Fingerlakes 11 miles from Ithaca, NY. We are right at the beginning of the Cayuga Wine Trail and 10 miles from the Seneca Wine Trails.
There are 4 beautiful state parks within 12 miles of Kingtown Beach.
The sweet town of Trumansburg offers 2 large grocery stores, 3 pizza parlors, a great Chinese food restaurant and 9 restaurants/bars most with live music. There are also 2 laundry mats, 2 movie rental stores, 2 pharmacies’, a hospital 8 miles away and more
