facing the lake. 2 bed/1bath on groundfloor and 1bed/1bath on 1st floor. 1st floor is one open space 
with living area, dining area and large open gourmet kitchen. Seperate TV room adjacent to kitchen. 
Fully Equipped Kitchen with gourmet stove, french-door refrigerator, 
microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Trash bags & cleaning supplies will be  
provided.

2009 Rental Rates: April/May-$300/night-3 night minimum June-$2100/week July-$2500/week August-$2500/week September and October-$2100/week or $300/night-3 night minimum 2009 Ithaca College graduation $1900/Friday-Sunday week including July 4 - 2700/week week including Labor Day - $2600/week A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation; the balance (also non-refundable) is due 3 weeks prior to the reservation start date. A $500 security deposit will also be due 3 weeks prior to the reservation start date. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure pending no excessive cleaning or damages. Rental from Saturday to Saturday Check In: 3 pm Check Out: 10 am
