The stone cottage has an open floorplan (400 sq. ft.). It offers a Tempurpedic king-size bed and a surprisingly comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. A large Jacuzzi tub with a shower is open to the room, although three wooden screens are available for increased privacy. The breakfast nook has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and Stickley Mission Limbert cafe chairs and table. There are two Stickley Mission lounge chairs with ottomans before the wood burning fireplace,. The cottage is heated and air-conditioned, although because it is partially built into a small hillside, the interior temperature stays fairly stable. An overhead fan provides additional air circulation. The cottage has cable television and high speed internet access. 
 
The apartment, in a free-standing building, is designed for extended stay. The private entrance area leads upstairs to the open floor plan. The dining area is convenient to the fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, Stickley Mission oak lounge chair, foot stool, blanket chest, and an armoire which houses the television (with cable). The bedroom has a superior king-size bed made up with high-count cotton sheets, down pillows and comforter. The apartment has wireless high speed internet access or a internet access via internet cable outlet. 
 
The regular nightly rate for either the stone cottage or the apartment is $175 per night. In the summer we rent by the week from Sunday afternoon to the following Sunday morning. The rate for seven or more nights without daily housekeeping is $135 per night. We are also required to collect 11% sales tax for the state and county. This is waived for stays of 30 nights or more. Discounts available for stays of longer than three weeks in the off-season. Higher rates in effect for Graduation, Reunion, Homecoming, Freshman Orientation, and Parent's Weekends. 
 
We offer a smoke free environment, and we request our guests refrain from smoking on the property while staying with us.
