Vacation Rental Description
In the wintertime, our place is enjoyed by multiple families who wish to enjoy the two ski resorts known to Western New York: Holiday Valley (two miles away) and Holimont Ski Resort (1/4 mile away). We are within one mile from the center of Ellicottville. In the summertime, our house is perfect for family reunions and accommodates larger groups for such things as weddings, rallies, or any of the many festivals that Ellicottville offers during the weekends in summer. Our house has six bedrooms: two with king size beds, and the rest with full size beds. Our largest room has two full size beds and two twin beds. We have a fully finished basement, living room, dining room, kitchen, den, gazebo and deck in addition to three full bathrooms and laundry facilities. The only thing you'll need to bring with you when you come to stay is a suitcase with clothes and money for groceries. Everything else is provided for.

    • Upper and lower balconies face the hills of Holimont Ski Resort. We have also added a deck and gazebo to the house as of last year.

    • Niagara Falls is located about 70 miles north of Ellicottville. The Seneca Nation Casino is located just 20 minutes away in Salamanca, New York. Allegany State Park is also about 20 minutes away as well, also located in Salamanca, New York.

    To make a reservation, availability will be checked and a security contract will be sent by email. When the contract is signed, a down payment equal to 50% of the total rental amount will be required. The balance will be due two weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit, equal to one night's stay, will also be required two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations may be cancelled with a full refund of the down payment up to sixty days prior to reservation date. Within 30 days prior to the reservation date, 50% will be refunded, between 15-30 days, 25% will be refunded and within 15 days of arrival, no deposit will be refunded.
