1 Bedroom Condominium in Chautauqua Institution

Condominium is a few steps to the Amphitheater, Lake Chautauqua, Opera House, Park. There is a charge for admission to the Chautauqua Grounds during the 9 week summer season, late June to late August. The rest of the year there is no admission fee. During the summer season there is a minimum of a week stay (Saturday to Saturday), the rest of the year nightly accommodations are accepted with some weekends having a 2 night minimum. 
Golf courses are nearby with Chautauqua Golf Course just across the street. It features 36 holes (2 regulation courses). Lake Chautauqua is a 23 mile fresh water lake with wonderful boating, fishing. 
The St. Elmo has a full service SPA, dress shop, gift shop, deli and restaurant. (Some of these are only open seasonally). Great place to bike, cross country ski, walk, jog, relax.  
Unit has flat screen TV, DVD player, (DVD lending library). Great views from private balcony. WiFi available.
